How do I buy a ticket?
Open the event page, check its date and venue, choose an available ticket or booking option, and follow the checkout steps. Payment methods and conditions vary by event and are shown during checkout.
Does the website language change which events I see?
No. The main page shows events independently of the interface language. Use the separate Event language filter to find events in a particular language. Check the event page for its language and other details.
Where can I find my purchased tickets?
Open My tickets and sign in to the account used for your purchase. If a ticket is missing, contact support with your order details.

Read the event description, organizer information and terms before placing an order. Age restrictions, entry arrangements and refund eligibility depend on the event. For questions, use the organizer’s contact details or TIC.RS support.
