Museum Музей прикладного искусства

Museum of Applied Arts is located in the center of Belgrade at Vuka Karadžića 18. This unique institution combines museum exhibitions and relics. The main exhibit of this museum is dedicated to works of art and includes significant historical objects such as coins from the 4th century BC.

Visitors are attracted by the variety of exhibitions — from preserved luxurious furniture dating back more than a century to temporary exhibitions on various topics, including children's drawings and unique design items. The museum occupies three floors, but for viewing many exhibitions, it takes no more than 30 minutes, making it an excellent choice for a short introduction to the world of art.

On the ground floor, there is a storage area, which is convenient for visitors with large bags. The building and the staircase leading to the exhibition floors also deserve attention and, in the opinion of many, is a work of architectural art in itself.

The Museum of Applied Arts offers unusual and intriguing discoveries for those interested not only in traditional forms of art but also in contemporary creative expressions. Although the permanent collection of applied arts is relatively small, each exhibition is designed with attention and love, offering something new for every visitor.
