Flukes of Sendington, an energetic rock band from Byron Bay, arrives with fervor to capture the hearts of music enthusiasts. Known as one of the leaders of the DIY movement, they largely draw inspiration from similar Australian greats like King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.
Founded in 2024, the members of Flukes of Sendington have already made their mark on the European music scene, captivating audiences with their fierce sound that combines garage rock, funk, and psychedelia with modern elements. Their concerts, including performances at festivals such as Vierdaagsefeesten and Munich Summer Sessions, have cemented their reputation as energetic and dedicated performers.
The band is preparing to present their debut album, 'Flukes of Sendington - I', which includes 15 songs, during their upcoming European tour. The album is the result of three years of work at their house in Bundjalung, where guest artists have further enriched their sound palette.
