After registration and signing the contract, you will have access to an interface showing the balance of your account. You can request payouts to your current account at any time. Within two working days, we will transfer the funds to your organization's account.
Can I publish a free event?
Yes, you can publish a free event on our platform. In this case, participants will be able to register for the event for free.
What cards are accepted for payment?
We accept payment by cards from the following systems: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, DinaCard. We are officially registered in Serbia and comply with its laws. Payments from users are accepted in RSD.
What are the requirements for legal entities?
We offer the opportunity to sell tickets only to legal entities registered in Serbia. To start a partnership, it is necessary to sign a contract and provide copies of documents confirming your organization’s registration.
