Tea ceremony

And to make visiting the market even more enjoyable (though how could it be more?!), tomorrow we will have a tea ceremony, where you can not only taste tea but also listen to what types of tea there are, learn about flavor nuances, descriptors, and how to choose and brew it properly. 

And of course, you can buy tea.

What will we try?

🍵 Long Jing – The most famous green tea in China

🍵 Moli Hua Cha – Chinese green jasmine tea

🍵 Tieguanyin Huaxian – A classic oolong with a fresh taste and a long aftertaste.

🍵 Sun Zhen – Red Yunnan tea, a "brother" of the more famous Dian Hong.

The ceremony will be conducted by the team from the Tea Guy project.
