🍡Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets made from bean paste, rice flour, and agar-agar. The variety of types and forms of wagashi is determined by the seasons. This time, we will also be making seasonal sweets.
In the workshop you will:
✨get acquainted with one of the most artistic types of wagashi - nerikiri
✨master different techniques with tools and dough
✨create small New Year's masterpieces with your own hands from pre-prepared dough: a mandarin and a snowflake.
