GREAT WOMEN OF SERBIAN CULTURE: LEGACY AND INSPIRATION AT THE HOUSE OF EVREM GRUJIĆ

Let's immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the past, in the heart of Serbian traditions and avant-garde — the House of Evrem Grujić. In this historical monument, where the destinies of young Serbia were once decided, we will visit the exhibition "Velikanke srpske kulture" about outstanding women who changed society with their courage and talent.

As part of the exhibition:

👉 we will examine the facade and interiors of the House of Evrem Grujić in the style of French neo-baroque and neo-renaissance

👉 we will get acquainted with the history of the House: from grand balls and diplomatic meetings to the first disco in Belgrade

👉 we will learn about the fates and achievements of 18 outstanding personalities, such as Nada Petrovic, Milena Pavlovic Barili, and others.

👉 we will examine the violin of the first Serbian female composer Ljubica Maric

👉  we will see and learn the history of the legendary hat of writer Desanka Maksimović

The tour will be conducted in Serbian with translation into Russian. The House of Evrem Grujić will open on Sunday exclusively for Adaptacija.
