KORVINGRAD JAM EXPERIENCE: Unforgettable Days of Musical Memory

The former slaughterhouse in Doljevac is becoming the epicenter of a music-historical event called KORVINGRAD JAM EXPERIENCE. The aim of the event is to raise funds for the revitalization of the missing wall of the medieval fortress Korvingrad. A three-day celebration uniting music and culture takes place in an authentic environment from July 10th to 12th, 2025.

• On two stages, we will enjoy 12 different performances encompassing rock, folk, and electronic music.
• Three movie screens will show 12 classic music films, creating an educational and artistic atmosphere.

Program:

• July 10th: Alen Islamović, a well-known figure of the ex-Yu rock scene.
• July 11th: DJ Dejan Milićević with his music-visual spectacle.
• July 12th: A unique mix of electro-folk led by Boban Zdravković and DJ Žoro from Bulgaria.

We will open the event on July 9th with a DJ party at the Korvingrad site. Ticket prices: 1,000 RSD per night or 1,500 RSD for the entire festival. The price includes camping, sports fields, and swimming pools.

About Korvingrad:

Korvingrad, also known as Kurvingrad, Komplos, or Koprijan, stands out above the place where the Toplica flows into the South Morava. The foundations of this historical site date back to Roman times, and it was rebuilt during the Byzantine era. Owing to the Ottoman conquests, it was left without its last wall, whose stone blocks were used for the Niš Fortress.

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, an initiative has been launched to restore the remains of the fortress. The KORVINGRAD JAM EXPERIENCE festival provides us with an opportunity to collectively support the preservation of our cultural heritage through music and art.
