The Hooten Hallers
This garage/blues formation from Columbia, Missouri, The Hooten Hallers, was founded in 2007 as a duo and quickly became known for their energetic live performances. The band is deeply committed to concerts, spending more than half the year on continuous tours.
Drummer and vocalist Andy Rehm and guitarist/vocalist John Randall encountered the talented Kellie Everett, who joined the group as a baritone and bass saxophonist, adding a new sound and stylistic contribution. Their tenth album simply titled "The Hooten Hallers" marks almost a new beginning and represents freshness in their work. Everett's contribution is invaluable, not only in terms of music but also as a co-author of the songs.
After the year 2020 brought a break due to the pandemic, the band returned even stronger. They released a new album “Back in Business Again” in 2022 and reclaimed their place on the world music scene, performing in Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
Last year they surprised the audience with their seventh album titled "The Devil’s Egg", which is a rock opera that combines many genres, including prog rock and hardcore, while retaining the distinctive style of garage blues. The band is coming for their second European tour in June.
