Almost every synth-pop fan in Germany and beyond knows the name and brand DE/VISION. The band, formed in the late 80s, began its journey by performing in various youth clubs, gradually securing a major record label contract in the 90s and leaving behind numerous hits and live concerts. This is DE/VISION in brief. But what is DEVISION REDUX? According to vocalist Steffen Keth, DEVISION REDUX is a new format for the band DE/VISION, which does not imply the end of the band itself. It's an additional format and represents the most important DE/VISION compositions in a more clubby, contemporary, and at times more minimalist, yet exclusively electronic execution. Steffen chose none other than Daniel Myer (HAUJOBB, DSTR, COVENANT, etc.) as a partner for any new interpretations. Myer is someone who has been following DE/VISION’s history since its inception. Daniel already supported DE/VISION musically in the 90s with several remixes and was always a welcome guest with his projects as part of the accompanying programs.
