Almost every synth-pop fan in Germany and beyond knows the name and brand DE/VISION. The band, which was formed in the late 80s, started its journey with performances in various youth clubs, gradually achieving a major record label contract in the 90s and leaving behind many hits and live concerts. That is DE/VISION in brief. But what is DEVISION REDUX? According to vocalist Steffen Keth, DEVISION REDUX is a new format of the DE/VISION band, which does not indicate the end of the band itself. It's an additional format and represents the most important compositions of DE/VISION in a more club-like, modern, and at times also more minimalist, but purely electronic performance. Steffen chose none other than Daniel Myer (HAUJOBB, DSTR, COVENANT, and others) as a partner for any new interpretations. Myer is someone who has been following the history of DE/VISION since its very beginning. Daniel already supported DE/VISION musically in the 90s with several remixes and has always been a welcome guest with his projects as part of accompanying programs.
