Petar Balaban was born in 2006 in Belgrade and received his musical education in Montenegro.
He has won more than 40 first prizes in national and international competitions.
In 2024, in the youth selection, he won two of the largest and most prestigious world accordion competitions - the Coup Mondiale and the Trophie Mondiale. The musicality, virtuosity, and maturity he demonstrates in performing classical music pieces, as well as significant achievements for his age, allow us to speak of Petar Balaban as one of the most interesting young accordionists on the world stage.
