Soft Skills Development Course 'Adventures of Dreamers'

This course focuses on the development of three groups of competencies:

• Social and emotional intelligence (empathy, understanding emotions, understanding bodily state, ability to negotiate and build interpersonal relationships, etc.)
• Self-expression, the ability to be oneself, express oneself (self-actualization, independence, self-confidence, growth mindset, optimism)
• Soft skills for life and safety (ability to take care of oneself, ability to learn, self-organization, communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, safety, financial literacy)

In the course program:

• We will discuss with children situations in which skills such as planning, teamwork, communication, and mutual support are manifested.
• We will develop emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and work on self-confidence.
• We will discuss personal boundaries (personal boundaries: body, emotions, goals and dreams, skills, space, etc.) from different perspectives and how to protect them.
• We will talk about financial literacy and even go from analyzing the target audience to creating and selling our own product.
• We will discuss what conflicts and disputes are and options for resolving such situations.
• We will study cases on everyday safety, incorporating critical thinking.
• Each child will learn how to conduct their own masterclass and gain invaluable experience in conducting it.
• There will be projects on ecology, teamwork, public speaking, the art of argumentation, and creative activities.
• At the end of the academic year, we will discuss important topics of child safety with the children to prepare for the summer vacation.
