The play 'The Suitcase'

The play "Suitcase" tells the story of the main character who decides to move to the USA, taking with him only a small suitcase. A few years later, he opens his suitcase and discovers items from his past that bring him memories. Each found object is a symbol of a small episode from his former life, which he now experiences in a new place. Memories of the past acquire new shades, becoming warm, and sometimes even funny stories, reminding him and us about the past, about who we are and where we came from. Thanks to his experience, the creator of the play, Dovlatov, created this performance for immigrants, so it will be relevant for those seeking support in difficult moments of life abroad. The merit of actors Alexei Kortnev, Alexei Agranovich, Semyon Treskunov, Aram Gyurjyan, and Nina Shkara, the direction of Alexei Gailit, and the production by Sergey Tselikov make the play even more unique.
